Requirements and Responsibilities For Client Technologies Technician, Sr.
Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages. Interacts with end-users to identify current computing procedures and desktop-based LAN systems software operations and makes selection recommendations accordingly. Responsible for writing documentation to describe product corrections. Writes manual for end-users to describe installation and operating procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
